Acceptable Use Policy

Shinjeom incorporates safety measures and content guardrails designed to prevent harmful outputs. These guardrails are an important part of the Service. You agree to:

• Respect the safety systems and content boundaries built into Shinjeom;
• Not attempt to circumvent, bypass, or disable any safety measures, filters, or restrictions;
• Not use prompt engineering techniques or other methods to manipulate Shinjeom into producing content that violates this AUP;
• Report any safety issues or vulnerabilities you discover to shinjeom@agsn.ai.

You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you must not use the Service to:

• Infringe intellectual property: Generate content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others;
• Violate privacy: Collect, store, or share personal information of others without their consent, or use the Service to stalk, harass, or dox individuals;
• Generate CSAM: Create, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
• Commit fraud: Engage in fraudulent activities, scams, phishing, or other deceptive practices;
• Engage in espionage: Use the Service for unauthorized surveillance, intelligence gathering, or espionage activities;
• Facilitate illegal transactions: Use the Service to facilitate the sale or distribution of illegal goods or services.

You must not use the Service in ways that could harm people or damage property. Specifically, you must not use the Service to:

• Promote violence: Generate content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence against individuals or groups;
• Facilitate unauthorized actions: Plan, coordinate, or execute unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or physical spaces;
• Create weapons content: Generate instructions or information for creating weapons, explosives, or other dangerous materials;
• Cause destruction: Use the Service in any way intended to cause physical, economic, or digital destruction;
• Harass or bully: Use the Service to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others;
• Promote self-harm: Generate content that promotes or encourages self-harm or suicide.

Honesty and transparency are important when using AI tools. You must:

• Disclose AI use: When sharing AI-generated content in contexts where it matters (e.g., academic, professional, journalistic), clearly disclose that the content was created with AI assistance;
• Not impersonate: Not use the Service to impersonate real people, organizations, or authorities, or to create misleading deepfakes;
• Not spread disinformation: Not use the Service to deliberately create or spread false information intended to deceive or manipulate;
• Not create spam: Not use the Service to generate mass unsolicited communications or spam;
• Attribute appropriately: Follow our Brand Guidelines when attributing content created with Shinjeom.

Agent Station reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of this AUP, including but not limited to:

• Issuing warnings;
• Temporarily suspending access to the Service;
• Permanently terminating your account;
• Reporting illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities;
• Pursuing legal action where appropriate.
