Who is Agent Station?
Agent Station, Inc. is a technology company based in Seoul, South Korea. We develop AI-powered products and services, including the Shinjeom mobile application. Our mission is to make AI companions accessible and helpful for everyday life.
What is Shinjeom?
Shinjeom is an AI companion application available on iOS. It provides AI-powered conversational and creative assistance for personal use. You can chat with Shinjeom, ask questions, get creative suggestions, and more — all from your iPhone or iPad. An Android version is planned for a future release.
Where can I use Shinjeom?
Shinjeom is available as a mobile application on the Apple App Store. Currently, Shinjeom is only accessible through the iOS app. There is no Android, web, or API access available at this time. An Android version is planned for a future release.
Can children or minors use Shinjeom?
Shinjeom is not intended for children under the age of 13. Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We take the safety of young users seriously and have implemented age-appropriate safeguards in the application.
How does Shinjeom work?
Shinjeom is powered by advanced AI language models that have been trained on a large corpus of text data. When you send a message, the AI processes your input and generates a response based on patterns it has learned. Shinjeom can help with conversation, creative writing, answering questions, brainstorming, and much more.
What are BOK credits and how do I purchase them?
BOK is our in-app credit system. You can purchase BOK credits through in-app purchases on the Apple App Store. BOK credits can be used to access certain features and services within the Shinjeom app. BOK credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not expire unless your account is terminated.
What subscription plans are available?
We offer subscription plans that provide access to premium features, including enhanced AI capabilities, priority response times, and additional BOK credits. Subscription details, pricing, and features are displayed within the app. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through the Apple App Store.
Who owns the inputs to and outputs from Shinjeom?
You retain ownership of the content you provide to Shinjeom (your "Input"). Subject to our Terms of Service, we assign to you our right, title, and interest in the output generated by Shinjeom based on your Input ("Output"). However, due to the nature of AI, other users may receive similar or identical Output, and such Output is not considered your exclusive content. Please review our Terms of Service for full details.
Does Shinjeom make mistakes?
Yes. Like all AI systems, Shinjeom can produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Shinjeom should not be relied upon as a sole source of factual information, professional advice, medical guidance, legal counsel, or financial recommendations. Always verify important information independently and consult qualified professionals when needed.
Does Agent Station use my content for model training?
We may use your content to improve and train our AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we provide you with controls to manage this. You can opt out of having your content used for AI training through the application settings.
How do I control whether my content is used for training?
You can manage your AI training preferences in the Shinjeom app settings. Navigate to Settings > Privacy > AI Training to enable or disable the use of your content for model improvement. When disabled, your conversations will not be used to train our models, though they may still be processed to provide the Service and for safety purposes.
How do I delete my data or account?
You can request deletion of your data or account by contacting us at shinjeom@agsn.ai or through the account settings in the Shinjeom app (Settings > Account > Delete Account). We will process your request in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
Does Agent Station sell my data?
No. Agent Station does not sell your personal information to third parties. For details on how we share information, please see our Privacy Policy.
How long does Agent Station retain my information?
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. This includes the duration of your account, compliance with legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes. When your information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
